1A. Explain projectiles and why you handle with care
1B. Explain the five range safety rules (walk, arrows in quiver, release with nocked arrow aimed at target, leave dropped arrows, alert instructor for emergency)
1C. Explain the four whistle commands used on the range (On Line, Loose, Get Your Arrows, Emergency)
1D. Explain how to safely remove arrows from the target
1E. Tell about your local and state laws for owning and using archery equipment.
2A. Name and point to the parts of an arrow.
2B. Describe three or more different types of arrows (hunting, indoor practice, outdoor practice, Flu-Flu, blunt, fishing, traditional)
